ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY.. CALIFORNIA, DOES_HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOl,1S
SECTION '1. That there is hereby levied .upon al, the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District o-F
Orange County California, which is taxable therein for
District purposes, a tax for the purpose of raising the necessary
money. wi th whi ch to carry on the various functions and L operations
of the Costa tiesa Sanitary District of Orange County, California,
for the current fiscal year 1976 -77; and that the rate per
centum of the tax herein levied for such purposes shall be and
is hereby fixed as the sum of $0.0195 on each One Hundred
Dollars. ($100.00) of value of said general operating fund,
SECTION 2. That there is hereby levied upon all tae
taxable property vii thin the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Basi c
Tax Code Area a tax for the purpose of raising Roney to pay,
the principal and interest on the bonded indebtedness ,of the
District, excluding the $760,000.00 bond issue dated October. 1 ,
1956, in a sum whi ch wi 1 1 meet the payments or. sai d bonds -to be
made during the fiscal year 1976 -77; that the rate per centUm
on t:_ tax herein levied for said purpose of paying the
principal and interest on said bonds sha's1 be and -is hereby
fixed as the sum of $0.0104 or. eaC1i One Hurdred Dollars
($100.00) of value.
SECTION 3. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Hesa Sanitary'District Tax
Code area "8" a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay
the principal and interest on the bond issue in the sum of
$750,000.00 dated October 1, 1956; that the rate per centum
of the tax herein levied ►or said purpose of paying the
principal and interest on said bonds shall be and is hereby
fixed as the sum of.$0.1025 on each One-Hundred Dollars
($100.00) of value.
SECTION 4. That the areas of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, in Tax Code Area "C"
shall not be taxed for the payment of any principal or
interest of any bonds issued by the District or by any area
within. the District.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall take effect and be
in full force immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1970.
