A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
FIXING THE TAX RATE PER CENTUM, LEVYING A TAX UPON
ALL THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT.OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,.WHICH
IS TAXABLE FOR THE OPERATIONAL RUNNING EXPENSES OF
THE DISTRICT, TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL.AND INTEREST ON
BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable
property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange
County, California, which is taxable therein for District
purposes, a tax for the purpose of raising the.necessary money
with which to carry on the various functions and operations of
the Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange County, - California,
for the current fiscal.year 1975 -1976; and that the rate per
centum of the tax herein levied for. such purposes'shall:be and'
is hereby fixed as the sum.of $.0195 on,each One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) of value of said general operating fund.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Basic.
Tax Code Area, a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay
the principal and interest on the bonded indebtedness of the
District, excluding the $760,000.00 bond issue dated October 1,
1956, in a sum which will meet the payments on said bonds to
be made during the fiscal year 1975 -1976; that the.r.ate per
centum on the tax herein levied for said .purpose of paying the
principal and interest on said bonds shall be and is hereby
fixed as the sum of $.0129 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
of value.
SECTION 3. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa. Sanitary District Tax

Code Area "B" a tax for the purpose of raising m.oney.to pay
the principal and interest on the bond issue in the sum of
$760,000.00 dated October 1, 1956; that the rate per centum.
of the tax herein levied for, said purpose of paying the
principal and interest on said bonds shall be and is hereby
fixed as the sum of $.1343 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
of value.
SECTION 4. That the areas_ of the Costa Mesa.Sanitary
District of.Oran.ge County, California, in Tax Code Area . "C
shall not be taxed for the payment of any principal or interest
of any bonds issued by the District or by any area within the
District.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall take effect and be in
full force immediately.
