A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE C OUl;71', CALIFORNIA,
FIXING -('HE TAX RATE PER CEN1U11, LEVYINIG 'A TAX UPON
ALL THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT OF ORANGE COU;iTY, - CALIFORNIA, WHICH IS TAXABLE
FOR THE OPERATIONAL RUidilIP1G EXPENSES OF THE DISTRICT,
TO PAY,-THE PRI14CIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED BY

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUPITY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLO1S:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable
property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange County,
California, which is taxable therein for District purposes, a tax
for the purpose of raising the necessary money with which to carry
on thc_ various functions and operations of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, for the current fiscal year
1974 -1975; and that the rate per centurn of the tax herein levied
for such purposes shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of
$.0800 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value of said
general operating fund.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Basic
Tax Code Area, a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay
the principal and interest on the bonded indebtedness-of the
District, excluding the $760,000.00 bond issue dated October 1,
1956, in a sum which will meet the payments on said bonds to be
made during the fiscal year 1974 -1975; that the rate per centurn
of the tax herein levied for said purpose of paying the principal
and interest on said bonds shall be and is hereby fixed as the
sum of $.0149 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value.
SECTION 3. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Tax Code
Area "B" a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay the
principal and interest on the bond issue in the sum of $760,000.00
dated October 1, 1956; that the rate per centum of the tax herein
levied for said purpose of paying the principal and interest on
said bonds shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of $.1500 on
each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value.
SECTION 4. That the areas of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, in Tax Code Area "C"
shall not be taxed for the payment of any principal or interest
of any bonds issued by the District or by any area within the
Di strict.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall take effect and be in
full force immediately.
