A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
TRANSFERRING A SUM OF MONEY'FROM THE SEWER CONSTRUC-
TION FUND TO THE B & I REDEMPTION FUND FOR TAX CODE
AREA "B" FOR THE RETIREMENT OF THE BOND ISSUE IN THE
ORIGINAL SUM'OF $760,000.00 DATED OCTOBER 1, 1956.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS,. the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, has heretofore established
a sewer construction fund for the purpose of installing a sewer
system in the areas originally known a.nd designated.as Tax Code
Area "B "; and
WHEREAS, the purposes for which said fund was established
have been entirely fulfilled and there.is now a sum in said sewer
construction fund in the amount of $21,464.42, being the balance
after the purposes of said fund have been entirely fulfilled; and
WHEREAS, the said..,,Board of Directors desires to transfer
the s.a.id sum of $2,810.00 from said sewer.constru'ction fund to the
B & I Redemption Fund.for that portion of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District within Tax Code Area "B" for the purpose of retiring the
bond indebtedness in the original sum of $760,000.00 dated October, 1,
1956.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District of Orange County, California, does hereby resolve,
determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $2,810.00 is hereby.transferred
from the sewer construction fund to the B & I Redemption Fund for
that portion of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District within Tax Code
Area "B" for the retirement of the bond issue dated October 1, 1956.
SECTION 2. Thatthe said sum of $2,810.00 herein transferred
as above set forth, shall be used to retire a portion of the
bonded indebtedness which becomes due during the fiscal year
1973 -74.
SECTION.3. That the Board of Directors hereby finds and
determines and declares that the purposes for which said $21,464.42
was to be used, to wit: the construction of a sewer system in the
Annexation Areas known as 13, 15, and 17 have been entirely ful-
fil.led.
