A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
FIXING THE TAX RATE PER CENTUM, LEVYING A TAX UPON
ALL THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT OF OkANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIIA, WHICH IS TAXABLE
FOR THE OPERATIO11AL RUNNING EXPENSES O °F THE DISTRICT, TO
PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE
DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable
property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange County,
California, which is taxable therein for District purposes, a tax
for the purpose of raising the necessary money with which to carry
on the various functions and operations of the Costa Mesa.Sanitary
District of.Orange County, California, for the current fiscal year
1973 - 1974; and that the rate per centum of the tax herein levied for
such purposes shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of $ .0900
on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of val'ie of said,general
operating fund..
SECTION 2. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable
property within the Costa..Mesa Sanitary District Basic Tax Code Area,
a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay the-principle and
interest on the bonded indebtedness of the District, excluding the
$760,000.00 bond issue dated October.l, 1956, in a sum which will
meet the payments on said bonds.to be made during the fiscal year
1973 -1974; that the rate per centum of the tax herein levied for
said purpose of paying the princip -le and interest on said bonds
shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of.$ .0210 on each One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value.
SECTION 3. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable,
property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Tax Code Area "B
a tax.'for the purpose of. raising money to pay the principle and
interest'on the bond issue in the sum of $760,000.00 dated
October 1, 1956; that the rate per centum of the tax herein
levied for said purpose of paying the principle and interest on
said ponds small be and is hereby fixed as the sum of $ .1650
on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value.
SECTION 4. That the areas of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, in Tax Code Area ''C"
shall riot be taxed for the payment of any principle or interest
of any bonds issued by the District or by any area within the
District.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall take. effect and be'in
full force immediately.
