Upon motion by Director Nelson seconded by Director Norman and carried, the following bills were ordered paid. Letter proposal by Michael Izzi dated March 28th 1952 to construct sewer mein in pavement on 18th street, between orange and Newport Blvd, a dis- tance -of approximately 1200 feet at additional to estimate cost of $1 00 'N per foot, account cutting cement pavement, upon motion by Norman, sec- 0 \, onded by Meyers %, accepted and work ordered done, at additional cost of about $1200 00: The following additional footage, upon motion by Nelson seconded by Meyers was authorized, and Engineer so instructed. 9 8" Main In Tract 1126., along the Northerly and Easterly line p" <= 7= Esther street to connect to line in Ellsworth 1000 ft, ;;;­ 1_ Y easement. r W- 2 n County road conditions, relations, and responsibilities of County, Sanitary District and Contractor, together with progress of pav - ing and clean -up work in general, discussed and the situation appearing as satisfactory as can be expected under weather conditions, no further action taken at this time. Matter of easements through property crossed by County interceptor line 18th to 17th street reviewed and secretary and Engineer tenta- tively instructed to' locate definitely and endeavor to obtain such easements. I Engineer Bulot reported on footage og C I P joints used in 12th partial estimate, March, as authorized March 6th, at approximately / 5000 feet and stated that an estimated additional 5000 feet would,�-d be required in various locations; including completion of line on Newport Boulevard, State Highway. It was moved by Lord, seconded by Meyers that a total of 10 000 feet. of Hot Poured Joints, including those in March and future needs, be authorized, and Engineer Bulot so instructed. Motion carried. The matter of proposed annexation of Lot 11 including Industrial Way wherein the District has constructed an 8" sewer main, to the City of Newport Beach, was discussed, but no.action taken by the Board relative to same. `Meeting adjo ed Attest: Signed �'Pres S ecretary ident
