THE BOARD OF D1RSCTORS OF THIE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT OF ORANGE COU1,1TY, CALIFORNIA, DOES H-LEW BY RESOLVE, AS
FOLLOtitiS :
SECTION 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange
County, California, which is taxable therein for District purposes,.
a for the purpose of raising the necessary monev with which.
to carry on the various functions and operations of the Costa :Mesa
Sanitary District of Orange County, California, for the current
fiscal year 1971 -72; and that the rate per centum of the tax
herein levied for such purposes shall be and is hereby fixed as
the sum of
.1500 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of vale
of said general operating fund.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby levied UpOn &II the
ta-xable property within the Costa mesa Sanitary District Basic Tax
Code Area a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay the

principal and interest on the bonded indebtedness of.the District,
excluding the '$760,000.00 bond issue dated October 1,.1956, in a
` sum which will meet the payments on said bonds to be made during,
the fiscal year 1971 -72; that the rate'-Per cent-um of the tax
herein ivied for said purpose of paying the principal and interes-
on said bonds shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of $ .0263
