RESOLUTION NO. 66 -175
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE,COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
TRANSFERRING A SUM OF MONEY FROM THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION
FUND TO THE B & I REDEMPTION FUND FOR TAX CODE AREA
"$" FOR THE RETIREMENTT OF THE BOND ISSUE IN THE ORIGINAL
SUM OF $760,000.00 DATED OCTOBER 1, 1956.
WHEREAS,.the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa.Sanitary
Distric-- of Orange County, California, has heretofore established
a sewer construction fund for the purpose of installing a sewer
system in the areas originally known and designated as Tax Code
Area B ; and
WHEREAS, the purposes for which said fund was established
have been entirely fulfilled and there is now a sum in said sewer
construction fund in the amount of .$ 5,800.00 being the
balance after the purposes of said fund have been entirely.fulfilled,
and
WHEREAS, the said Board of Directors desires to transfer the
said sum of $ 5,800.00 from said sewer construction fund
to the B & I Redemption Fund for that portion of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District within Tax.Code Area "B" for the purpose of re-
tiring the bond indebtedness in the original sum of $760,000.00
dated October 1, 1956;
NOW,THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District of Orange County, California, do-hereby resolve,
determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $ 5,800.00 is hereby

transferred from the sewer construction fun:f.. to the B & I Redemption
Fund for that portion of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District within
Tax Code Area "B" for the retirement of the bond issue dated
October 1, 1956.
SECTION 2. That.the said sum of $ 5,.800.00 herein
transferred as above set - forth, shall be used to retire a portion
of the bonded indebtedness which becomes due during the fiscal year__
of -1966 -1967
SECTION 3. That.the Board of Directors hereby finds and
determines and declares that the purposes for which-said $_5'800. 0
was to be used, to wit: the construction of a sewer system
in the Annexation Areas known as 13,. 15 and 17 have been entirely
fulfilled.
