Reso 1965-168A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, FIXING
T CE TAX RATE PER CENTUM LEVYING A TAX UPON ALL THE
TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, WHICH IS TAXABLE FOR THE
OPERATIONAL RUNNING EXPENSES OF THEP DISTRICT, TO PAY THE
PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT.
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
of Orange County, California, does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That there is.hereby levied upon all the taxable
property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange County,
California, which is taxable therein for District purposes, a tax
for.the purpose of raising the necessary money with which to carry
on the various functions and operations of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, for the current fiscal year
1965 -1966; and that the rate per centum of the tax herein levied
for such purposes shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of S0 -2458
on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value for said general
operating.fund.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable
property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.Basic Tax Code..
Area, a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay the principal
and interest on the bonded indebtedness of the District, excluding
the $760,000.00 bond issue dated October 1, 1956, in a sum which
will meet the payments on said bonds to be made during the fiscal
year.1965= 1966.; that the rate per centum of the tax herein levied
for said purpose of paying the principal and interest on said bonds
.shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of ,ns,:, on each One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value..
SECTION 3.. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable
property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.Tax Code Area "B ",.
a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay the principal and
interest on the bond issue.in the sum of $76o,000.00 dated
October 1, 1956; that the rate per centum of the tax herein levied
for said purpose of paying the principal and interest on said bonds .
shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of 52791 on each
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of value.
SECTION 4. That the areas of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
of Orange County, California, in Tax Code Area "C" shall not
be taxed for the payment of any principal or interest of any bonds.

SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect and be ,in full
force immediately.
