Attorney Anderson, Engineer Bulot, Secretary Owen.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President TeWinkle.
Minutes of regular meeting of December 6 read and approved.
Minutes of special meeting of December 27 read and approved.
The following bills were read and upon motion by Norman, seconded
by Lord, ordered paid.

Engineer Bulot
explained fully his bill for $5,031.27 is in accordance
with original contract
with Bulot and Dondro dated November 7, 1946,
and Secretary stated
he had examined. itemized description of additional
work supporting
the bill, compared same with authorizations of record
and other sources
of information and found same correct.
Mr Bulot also
stated in connection with contract for supervision
of. construction
dated January 14�, 1951, that "I have submitted a bill
for 12,000.00 and'I'
will submit another one next month and another
.the next month.
I think it only _fair to the Board that we have this
thing on the table."

Mr. Bulot further reported on negotiations with State Highway
Commission for right -of -way for trunk line of Sanitary District
No. 6 in freeway south of 17th Street and as to status of permit
to be granted for same and stated that he was representing both
Sanitation District No. 6 and Costa Mesa Sanitary District in
these matters before the State Highway Engineers.
Overtime report, November 16 to December 14, 1951, submitted by
Contractor Izzi, certified by Engineer Bulot, on motion by Lord,
seconded by Norman, accepted.
