Same included with publica- tion of County Delinquent List. F, 0 2- Secretary announced that the 850 bonds representing the issue of $850 000 00 had been signed, sealed and delivered to purchaser at office of County Treasurer of Orange County on March 26th 1951. Also that Sewer Construction Fund had been established and the proceeds of bond sale in the amount of $850 000 00 deposited therein. That Bond Fund had also been established with the deposit of accrued interest amounting to $1729 17 and premium of $729 00 paid by purchaser, aggregating $ 458 17. Secretary also recounted the visit of members of the Stearns family, resident property owners at the corner of 19th and T ustin, relative to easement rights being claimed by the Sanitary District, of which the owners disclaim any knowledge or action in granting same. Agreed to investigate further and that necessary steps be taken to require proper easement if possible in form to be pro- vided and approved by Attorney Anderson. Engineer Bulot reviewed plan for provision of street house connec- tions to be worked out with Contractor Izzi and submitted to District Board.'
