Minutes of Special Meeting of Board of Directors of Costa Mesa
Sanitary District held at 2057 (Rear) Newport Avenue, Costa
Mesa California, 10:30 A M Thursday, March 3th 1951

Directors present: TeWinkle, Nelson, Lord, Norman and Meyers.
Attorney Anderson, Engineer Bulot, Secretary Owen.
Meeting called to order at 10 :30 A M by President TeVvinkle, who
s announced thatcth.e hour having arrived for the opening and reading of
Construction Bids per legal publication, the Secretary would proceed
to open and read all bids received.
Secretary stated that he would open and read bids in the order of their
receipt by him.
Same were then opened and read in the following order:

After having read the first bid in detail upon mutual agreement and consent
it was decided to read only the total amounts of bid, units to be read
or examined later if desired.
Upon conclusion of reading of bids, it was moved by Director Norman,
seconded by Director Lord that the meeting adjourn until 3 o'clock
P Ii Tilonda.y, Tilar. ch 12th, 1951, to allow tabulation and consideration
by the Board of bids submitted. Carried.
Meeting adjourned to 3:00 o'clock P P; March 12th.
