Minutes of regular meeting of hoard of Directors
of Costa Mesa Sanitary District held at 2057 (Rear)
Newport Avenue, Costa Mesa California, February lst
1951.
Present: Directors TejaVinkle, Nelson, Lord, Norman and Meyers.
Attorney Anderson, Engineer Bulot and Secretary Owen
Meeting called to order at 7 :30 P M by President TeWinkle.
Minutes of meeting January 4th read and approved.
Following bills, upon motion by Lord, seconded by Norman, ordered paid.

Communications-
Letter of OtMelveney & Myers dated January 26th 1951, addressed to
Attorney Anderson, relative to sale of bonds was read by Secretary,
as were also accompanying documents, constituting Resolution providing
for issuance and sale of bonds, all of which, including action by the Board
of Directors, are adopted and made a part of these minutes.
Engineer Bulot reported progress on preparation of Specifications and
Plans and s•tated'.;that,.,Invitation for Construction Bids would be ready for
publication by February 8th 1951. VR- iereupon, it was
Moved by Norman, seconded by Nelson that the District proceed to advertise
for bids for construction of the entire system as covered by such Plans and
Specifications, such publication to be made in the Costa Mesa Globe
Herald, Costa Mesa California, upon three consecutive dates of publication
beginning February 8th, through the 15th and 22nd, of that month in
1951, bids to be opened at a special meeting called for that purpose,
at 10 o1clock A M March 8th, 1951, at regular meeting place of the
Board of Directors. Motion carried.
Mr Nelson reported briefly on the situation as regards progress of the
Sanitation Districts to reach agreements and proceed with origiambd
County program. Meeting adjourned.

Supplement to foregoing Minutes
Last paragraph of O?Melveny & Myers letter above mentioned,
refers to printing of Bonds, and upon motion by Director Meyers,
seconded by Director Norman and carried, it was ordered that
.seconded
& Myers be directed to arrange for printing of bonds
when award has been made, with Jeffries Banknone Company and
Secretary instructed to advise them accordingly.
