Minutes of Special Meeting of Board of Directors
of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District held at 2057

Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Lord,Dodd and Norman
Attorney Anderson and Secretary Owen.
Meeting called to order by President Teluinkle at 1:00 otclock P M.
Purpose of meeting to consider and act upon Offer and Agreement
submitted by General Service Administration per letter dated April
10th 1950 and matters related thereto.
Above letter and accompanying documents read.
RESOLUTION
Whereas the General Service Administration, Community Facilities
Service has submitted to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District an offer
and agreement for Plan Preparation, dated April 10th 1950, and
Whereas, such offer and agreement are in accord with the Application
heretofore made by the Sanitary District for Advance of Plan Prepara-
tion funds, known as Project No.Calif 4 -P -1016, and
Whereas the acceptance of such offer and agreement is for the best
interest and benefit of said Costa Mesa Sanitary District, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that said offer and agreement be and same is hereby
acce ted by the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District,

and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That authorized officers of the Costa Mesa-Sanitary
District be and are hereby directed to execute and sign said Agreement
together with all other documents pertaining thereto as submitted with
said letter dated April 10th-1950.
It was moved by Director Nelson seconded by Director Lord that the
above Resolution be adopted. 'Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Moved by Lord, seconded by Nelson that the President and Secretary of
Costa Mesa Sanitary District be empowered and are hereby directed to
sign a contract with Francis H Bulot, Civil Engineer, to perform the
Plan Preparation work covered by the above Offer and that a letter
directing said Francis H Bulot to proceed with such Plan Preparation work
forthwith be addressed to him. Carried. - -�—�
