BETWEEN COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT AND TECHNOLOGY RESOURCE CENTER
FOR TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT to Agreement between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and
Technology Resource Center for technology system maintenance ( "AGREEMENT ") is made and entered
into this 28th day of August, 2014, by and between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereinafter
referred to as DISTRICT, and Technology Resource Center, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2010, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT entered into an AGREEMENT for
technology system maintenance; and
WHEREAS, on October 27, 2010, the DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT executed a First
Amendment to AGREEMENT for performing additional services to upgrade the DISTRICT, S technology
system; and
WHEREAS, on February 4, 2011, the DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT executed a Second
Amendment to AGREEMENT for installing and configuring new technology system hardware and
transferring files from old servers; and
WHEREAS, on June 23, 2011, the DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT executed a Third Amendment
to AGREEMENT by extending the AGREEMENT for an additional one - year period; and
WHEREAS, on March 15, 2012 the DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT executed a Fourth
Amendment to AGREEMENT for installing video equipment in the Board Room to begin recording public
meetings; and
WHEREAS, on February 27, 2013, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT executed a Fifth Amendment
to the AGREEMENT for technology upgrades; and
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT now desire to increase the amount of the
AGREEMENT to $33,000 for FY 14/15.
WHEREAS, the Agreement expires on June 30, 2015; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the AGREEMENT is amended as of the date hereof as follows:
1. Section 5 of the Agreement is amended by striking $10,875 for one year's
service at 7.25 hours per month and adding the term $33,000 for one year's
service at 22 hours per month at $125.00 per hour. TRC will only charge for
actual hours worked.

2. The other provisions of the AGREEMENT are reaffirmed as originally stated and
thereafter amended.
