MINUTES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 18, 2014
CALL TO ORDER The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District met in a special session on
August 8, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. at 628 W. 19th
Street, Costa Mesa.
ROLL CALL DIRECTORS PRESENT: James Ferryman, Arthur Perry, Michael
Scheafer, Robert Ooten, Arlene Schafer
DIRECTORS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Scott Carroll, General Manager; Noelani
Middenway, District Clerk
OTHERS PRESENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT
President Ferryman invited members of the public to address the Board.
Seeing no one, President Ferryman closed public comments.
Resolution No. 2014-853
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. 2014-853
endorsing the candidacy of Vice President Michael Scheafer to the position of President
of the Executive Committee of the Independent Special Districts of Orange County
(ISDOC)
Director Ooten made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2014-853 as presented. Vice
President Scheafer seconded the motion.

Ayes: Ferryman, Ooten, Perry, Schafer, Scheafer
Noes: None
Absent: None
