CALL TO ORDER The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District met in a special session on
September 16, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. at 628-W.
19t Street, Costa Mesa.
ROLL CALL DIRECTORS PRESENT: James Ferryman, Robert Ooten, Arthur
Perry, Arlene Schafer
DIRECTORS ABSENT: Michael Scheafer
STAFF PRESENT: Scott Carroll, General Manager; Noelani
Middenway, District Clerk
OTHERS PRESENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT
President Ferryman invited members of the public to address the Board.
Seeing no one, President Ferryman closed public comments.
CaIWARN Emergency Fuel Planning Exercise— Reno, NV
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approves the General Manager
attending CaIWARN Emergency Fuel Planning Exercise on October 21, 2014 in Reno,
Nevada.
Director Schafer made a motion to approve the recommendation. Secretary Perry
seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
Ayes: Ferryman, Ooten, Perry, Schafer
Noes: None
Absent: Scheafer
