OCSD will be constructing its own gravity sewer to accept the CMSD and CNB flows and send it under the Santa Ana River to OCSD Plant No. 2. OCSD Abandon 6 CMSD pumping stations, abandon the CNB station in the CNB island on W. 19th Street, and abandon the private pumping station on W. 18th Street by constructing new gravity lines. The project would also alleviate the north half of the Banning Ranch.
