Seeing no one , President Ferryman closed public comments. Resolution No. 2014 -853 Recommenda tion: That the Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. 2014 -853 endorsing the candidacy of Vice President Michael Scheafer to the position of President of the Executive Committee of the Independent Special Districts of Orange County (ISDOC) Director O oten made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2014 -853 as presented. Vice President Scheafer seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: Ayes: Ferryman, Ooten, Perry, Schafer , Scheafer Noes: None Absent: None
