Board of Directors sitting-as Board of Equalization
in meeting August,ist,, 1949, adjourned from day to day
since first meeting July 7th, 1949, received 1949 -50
Assessment Rolls as presented by Assessor Hostetler and
considered all items presented by Assessor and other
officers and made such adjustments as appeared proper:,-
No tax payer or other person appeared. The case of
Bars. Annie P *Wiseman as covered by letter dated April
6th 1949, appealing for reduction was considered and
there having been no reduction in County Valuation:fl?om
1949 -49 no action by this Board was deemed possible.
Specific Cases considered were Birchett Trailer Park,
Anchor Trailer Park (Both in newly annexed area), Carl
Becker, Court on Center Street, Hummels multiples
and Fred Finch multiples newly constructed. Others
considered involved no changes.
On motion by Dodd, seconded by Nelson and carried,
Assessor was instructed to'd eliver Assessment Roll as
corrected to County Auditor.
On motion by Nelson, seconded by Dodd and carried,
Board of Equalization adjourned.
