Subject: OCCUPANCY REPORT AND PAYMENT TO CR&R ENVIRONMENTAL
SERVICES
Summary
The total occupancy count for May 2014 billing is 21,599, with nine (9) new accounts
added since the last billing period.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends the following:
1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as presented using
21,599 as the correct number of active units.
2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to CR&R
Environmental Services for May 2014 collection based on this occupancy
report so long as the contractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement.
Said payment in the amount of $192,347.73 to be ratified in the June
2014 warrant list.
Calculation based on current rate: 21,599 X $8.9054 = $192,347.73
