On behalf of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District I want to thank you and the
staff at CBIZ MHM for providing government finance services by serving

District Engineer as the District's Interim Finance Manager. For the past five and half
months, the District has received exceptional accounting, finance
Alan R.Burns management and administration services.
District Counsel
Recently, the District has decided to fill the Finance Manager position on a
Marcus D.Davis permanent basis and will no longer need the services from your firm.
District Treasurer . Please accept this letter as your 10 day written notice for terminating the
First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement dated
December 5, 2013. The termination will be effective at the end of the day
www.cmsdca.gov on June 27, 2014. All the terms and conditions in the Agreement will
remain in place.
Again, thank you for your services and I am looking forward to continue
working with CBIZ MHM in the future.
