Too early. Complaints to Headquarters: (3) Total 1. Resident who liv es on Puente, called to complain about her entire neighborhood. I walked it in an hour and issued 26 cases. She is a great resource about the neighborhood. I had her download GOCMSD and she loves the app. She also turned in a compliment on the system. She was inquiring about weekend patrols. 2. Resident complained about 16 th Place multi -unit property storing carts in public view. I got a hold of the property manager and he will instruct tenants to hide them. He also complained about 1619 Tustin. I placed a violation on the carts for storage in public view. Will follow -up. 3. Caller called HQ to report scavenger in Mission/Anza area. Only one violator on 18 th Street is still pending complian ce. The owner of 758 W 18 th Street was given until 06/15/14 to comply before a citation is issued. I will inspect first thing on Monday, June 16, 2014 and let you know. 2. The resident who lives on Puente is complaining about weekend violations of cart s being left out too early. I told her to submit her complaint via GOCMSD, take a picture and note the time. Based off of her photo and complaint, we can issue a “Alleged Violation Notice” where I could write on the yellow card that it is a courtesy remi nder and that we were responding to a complaint. This usually solves the problem for the complainant.
