Dear Anna Sanchez,
I wanted to follow-up on our recent conversation regarding Project Partners disengagement from the August 2013
Public Service Agreement(PSA).As we discussed, providing as-needed/call-in inspections of residential construction for
Costa Mesa Sanitary(CMSD)does not align well with Project Partners'standard service offerings.

When the PSA was originally undertaken, Mr. Nick Godinez was our presented inspector for CMSD projects; he has since
retired. Mr.John Lamar was gracious enough to assist us with the few CMSD requested inspections, but as such he is a
very senior CIP inspector whom we are currently on the path of placing at other client engagements.
Thank you for considering Project Partners for your inspection engagements and I hope that you will find the water
inspection company referrals I sent to you sufficient to meet your ongoing needs.
