Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the following: 1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as presented using 21,56 5 as the correct number of active units. 2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to Costa Mesa Disposal for March 2014 collection based on this occupancy report so long as the c ontractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement.
