MINUTES OF INVESTMENT OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE MEETING
MARCH 11, 1999
CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Boardmember Arlene Schafer.
ROLL CALL Committee Members Present:
Mr. Marc Puckett, Director of Finance
Mr. Rob Hamers, District Manager
Ms. Lois Thompson, Assistant Manager
Boardmember Arlene Schafer (rotating committee member)
Boardmember Greg Woodside (rotating committee member)
Absent: None
TREASURER'S REPORT FOR FEBRUARY, 1999
Mr. Puckett presented the Treasurer's Report and discussed the recent investing
activity of the District. Further, he distributed a list of callable securities in the
portfolio and indicated that he expected the securities to be called at the first call
date. Discussion followed.
OTHER BUSINESS Mr. Puckett commented that the fieldwork had been completed by Conrad and
Associates for the Investment Audit Report. He indicated that the report will be
• issued in four to six weeks and would be reviewed with the committee at the May
or June meeting.
Mr. Puckett indicated that the proposed Investment Policy for the 1999 -00 fiscal
year will be presented to the committee for adoption at the May or June meeting.
ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 5:58 p.m.
