Scope of Work:
Provide electrical engineering services to prepare electrical construction documents to
add a Diesel driven generator to back-up the entire facility scope to include construction
administration services. Provide for 3 site meetings / surveys through-out duration of
project.
Fee:Compensation shall be based on the following lump sum fixed fee:
Site Meeting / Survey: 3 Included: $ 900.00
Construction Documents: $ 3,600.00
Total: Lump Sum: $ 4,500.00
Reimbursable expenses are at OMB cost plus 10%.
