RATIFYING THE PAYMENT OF CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, AND
SPECIFYING THE FUNDS OUT OF WHICH THE SAME WERE PAID.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
