Minutes of regular meeting Board of Directors
of Costa Mesa Sanitary District held at Community
Hall, Costa Mesa, March 3rd, 1949.

Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman,
Attorney'Anderson, Secretary Owen.
.Meeting called to order /President TeWinkle at 7:30

Minutes last meeting read and approved.
Following bills on motion by Dodd, seconded by
Nelson, ordered paid.
Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd and Lord -
Director's fees February $5.00 each.

President and Secretary to instruct Collector
Wallace in matter of driver of truck rough handling
garbage cans and trash boxes. Complains and practice
rough handling must be stopped.
Agreed hold Special Board meeting 1 p.m. March 112
1949, at President TeWinkle's office 190 East 18th
Street, and notify Engineer Bulot be present at that
time to present Report.
Secretary Owen reported on renewed activities and
status petitions for annexation.
