ADDENDUM NO. 1
Contract Documents and Construction Plans
CMSD p 196 -B CANYON PUMPING STATION GENERATOR
Today's Date: October 15, 2013
Bid Opening Date: November 5, 2013, 10:00 AM
This Addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents and construction drawings.
Receipt of the Addendum shall be noted in the Bidder's proposal. The following changes,
additions, clarifications or modifications shall be made to the contract documents and
construction drawings; al l other conditions remain the same.
Bidders shall possess a "C -10" and `B" license for the electrical installation, construction of
retaining wall, sawcutting, trenching, installing conduits, and removing and replacing
paving. An "A" License is required for one small area of public sidewalk replacement.
Also, District will accept a Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler, or equal, generator.

ADDENDUM NO.2
196 -B Canyon Pump Station Generator
Today's Date: October 26, 2013
Bid Opening Date: November 5, 2013, 10:00 a.m.
This Addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents and receipt of the Addendum
shall be noted in the Bidder's proposal. The following changes, additions, clarifications or
modifications shall be made to the contract documents and all other conditions remain the same.
Bidder to incorporate the following revisions and additions:
The bollards protecting the front of the generator shall be removable and furnished
with locking devices.
2. Bidders to include a gate along the front side of the block wall enclosure. Gate to be
secured to sidewalls and open wide enough not to encumber maintenance. Fencing
material to be equal to Caltrans Chain Link Fence Stds. A85 and A85A or as
approved by District.
3. Generator and retaining wall will be moved approximately 3 feet closer to Canyon
Drive to avoid impacting the roots of the existing large tree.
