Board of Directors Study Session held May 31, 2000
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District attended a duly noticed
Study Session on May 31, 2000 at 12:00 p.m., in Conference Room 1A at the
Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.
Directors Present: Arthur Perry, Arlene Schafer, Greg Woodside, James
Ferryman, Dan Worthington
Staff Present: Robin Hamers, Manager /Engineer; Joan Revak, Clerk of the
District; Dawn Schmeisser, Assessment Specialist; Alan
Burns, Legal Counsel; Marc Puckett, Treasurer; Ron Hayes,
Accountant, Finance
Topics discussed at the Study Session were the 2000 -2001 Budget and the 2000-
2001 Statement of Investment Policy. Preliminary Trash and Sewer Rates for
• 2000 -2001 were also reviewed.
Further discussion of these topics will be held at a Study Session on Tuesday,
June 13, 2000 at 12:00 p.m. in conference room 5A at City Hall.
No action was taken by the Board of Directors.
