CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 25th day of October, 2013, by
and between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District (hereinafter "DISTRICT') and BHI
Management Consulting, a sole proprietorship, (hereinafter "BHI ") with reference to the
following facts:
Recitals
WHEREAS, BHI has entered into a contract with the DISTRICT to do certain
work pertaining to DISTRICT personnel matters and communications; and
WHEREAS, BHI needs access to certain letters and communications that might
otherwise be considered a "personnel record° or might otherwise be protected by
privacy rights; and
WHEREAS, DISTRICT and BHI agree that BHI is acting as an agent of the
DISTRICT and its Board in reviewing those records, and BHI agrees to maintain the
information reviewed in those files in strict confidence and shall only use information
from those files to analyze and Communicate with the Board about DISTRICT
personnel matters and communications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BHI and Brent Ives, as an individual, agree to the above
before being sent certain files and given access to other information.
