Minutes of Board of Directors Special Meetinq held March 6, 2000
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District met in special session on
March 6, 2000, at 12:00 p. m., in conference room 1A at the Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive,
Costa Mesa, California.
President Perry called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.
Vice President Schafer led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Director Woodside gave the invocation.
Roll Call: Directors Present: Art Perry, Arlene Schafer, Greg Woodside, James
Ferryman, Dan Worthington
Staff Present: Rob Hamers, Manager; Joan Revak, Clerk of the
District; Alan Burns, Legal Counsel; Marc Puckett,
Treasurer; Ron Hayes, Accounting; Ron Shef,
Ordinance Enforcement Officer
Others Present: Gregg A. Lowry, Reiter•Lowry Consultants

Director Ferryman motioned to adopt the Reiter•Lowry Final Report. Vice President Schafer
seconded the motion. Motion carried 4 -1 as follows:

REVISED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND BUDGET AMENDMENT
The Revised Financial Statement and Budget Amendment were tabled until the regular Board
of Directors' Meeting to be held on Thursday, March 9, 2000.
• President Perry was excused from the meeting at 12:55 p.m.

Proposed policies were discussed and will be adopted as part of the upcoming yearly budget
cycle.
