President Ferryman invited members of the public to address the Board.
Seeing no one, President Ferryman closed public comments.
President Ferryman adjourned into closed session at 9:03 a.m. to evaluate the
performance of the General Manager pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.
General Manager Carroll and Ms. Middenway exited the meeting at this time.
General Manager Carroll re-entered the meeting at 9:30 a.m.
President Ferryman reconvened to open session at 9:43 a.m. and indicated that there
was no reportable action.
