Costa Mesa Sanitary District held at
Community Hall, Costa Me'sa,California,
January 6th, 1949.
Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Lord, & Norman,
Attorney Anderson, Secretary Owen.
Meeting called to order by President TeWinkle 7:30 p.m.
Minutes meeting December 2nd read and approved.
Minutes conference December 8th at which Directors
TeWinkle and Nelson, Attorney Anderson,Engineer
Francis H.Bulot and Secretary Owen were present
were reviewed and accepted.
Following bills on motion by Nelson, seconded by
Norman, ordered paid:

Directors.
% At 8 p.m. the time and date advertised for hearing on
V Petition to Annex certain territory known as Parcel No.l
having arrived President TeWinkle called for submission
of Petition and asked if any protestants present. There
being no protests on file or in person, and the Petition
upon examination being considered in form and sufficient,
it was moved by Nelson, seconded by Norman, that an order
issue annexing to Costa Mesa Sanitary District all that
certain area covered by such Petition.
Motion carried.
It was then moved by Lord, seconded by Norman, that Petition
' be prepared and submitted to Board of Supervisors in regular
meeting, Tuesday, January 11th, 1949, requesting that body
to effect annexation of the area in question as rovided
for in Section 6881 Article 3 Health and Safety ode of
the State of California. Motion carried, y/
Secretary Owen reported on further progress and status
of Petition to annex other parcels.
