MEMORANDUM
of conference.meeting held December 8th, 1948, Costa Mesa.
Sanitary District.
Present: President TeWinkle, Director Nelson, Attorney
Anderson, Engineer Bulot and Secretary Owen.
It was agreed that Mr. Bulot world prepare letter.
for President's signature to Federal works Agency requesting
extension of time necessary to complete plans and report
under Federal Allowance of $18,000.00.
Question of methods of financing sewer construction
costs discussed.
lat. A general bond issue covering entire internal
system, possibly as high as $75Q,000.00, covered by one over-
all contract or possibly divided into 1, 2 and 3 projects
and contracts.

accordingly.
