Returns of Election September 20th canvassed and report of
Election Board on motion by Dodd, seconded by Nelson, approved.
Secretary Owen presented report of progress and prospects on
annexation and it was understood that slubh aid and cooperation
possible in voluntary circulation of petition in various parcels
should be afforded and everything possible done to encourage
favorable action by property owners on petition for annexationj
Matter of leasing District owned dump site for oil development
discussed. No action taken.
