Directors of Costa Mesa Sanitary
District held at Community Hall,
Costa Mesa, July 1,1948.
Presents Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd and Lord.
Attorney Anderson and Secretary Owen.
Meeting called to order by President TeWinkle.
Minutes.last meeting read and approved.

confer with County Auditor in preparation of same.
Collector Wallace to confer with President and Secretary
and arrange keep in close touch with telephone, messages
and conduct of driver for good of service.
Meeting adjourned.
