The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District attended a duly noticed
Special Meeting on July 24, 1997 at 1:30 p.m., at the offices of CR Transfer in Stanton,
California.
Directors Present: James Ferryman, Arlene Schafer, Dan Worthington
Staff Present: Robin Flamers, Manager/Engineer; Lois Thompson, Assistant Manager
Guests Present: Libby Cowan, Council Member, City of Costa Mesa; Carmen Carso,
Recycling Coordinator, City of Claremont; Joan Popick, Secretary to Robin Hamers.
The Directors, Staff, and Guests, viewed a short video introducing the firm of CR
Transfer and then toured the materials recycling facility operated by CR Transfer.
The meeting was adjourned at 3: 30 p.m.
No action was taken by the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
