® Minutes of the Board of Directors Special Meeting Held May 29, 1997
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District attended a quarterly meeting of
Independent Special Districts of Orange County ( ISDOC) on May 29, 1997, 11:30 a.m. at the
Municipal Water District of Orange County, 10500 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley.
Directors Present: James Ferryman, Nate Reade, Arlene Schafer,
Dan Worthington
StaffPresent: Rob Hamers, Lois Thompson
The minutes of the ISDOC meeting are as follows:
1. Sterling Fox opened the meeting and Teri Cable led the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Bob Huntley gave a report on California Special Districts Association (CSDA).
3. A report on LAFCO was given by John Withers.
4. The program featured the Honorable Mike Gotch, former Assemblyman and author of
AB 1335, who gave a presentation on current issues affecting Special Districts.
The meeting adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
No action was taken by the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
