Present: Directors TeWinkle, Dodd, Nelson, and Secretary
Owen.
President TeWinkle called the meeting to order.
Minutes last meeting read and approved.
Following bills on motion by Dodd, seconded by
Nelson, ordered paid.
TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman,
Director fees May $5.00 each. Secretary Owen
May $30.00. Collector Wallace April $650.00,
F. B. Owen annexation work April and May $42.05.
Meeting adjourned.
