TeWinkle's Office.
Present: TeWinkle, Anderson,Oven,
Nelson and Mr.Dondro.
Reviewed correspondence Federal Works Agency,,ewer-
age Survey, etc.
Mr.Dondro expressed opinion that little more could
consistently be done towards planning work until
County Plan had been determined, which he thought
would be done.
General discussion status and relations District .
plans to County Plan, annexation, effect of show of
activity by District and practicability of such
activity now.
Conclusion. Await development of County District
Plan of which there should be some definite indication
by July lst. Watch progress and be ready proceed as
may be deemed best. District must stand expense of
planning work in any event and if possible should have
benefit of additional $9000.00 now withheld pending
completion District Plans,which depend-upon availability
of outlet facilities.
