May 6th, 1948.
Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson,
Dodd, Lord, Norman, Secretary
Owen.
Minutes last meeting read and approved.
Following bills on motion by Dodd, seconded by
Nelson, ordered paid.
Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd and Lord,'
fees April $5.00 each, Secretary Owen April
$30.00; F. B.Owen work on annexation: March
and April expenses $87.90; Collector Giles E.
Wallace, March $650.00.
Secretary read correspondence with Federal Forks
Agency re extension of time within.which to
resume work on plans under contract, extension of
90 days from May 10th, 1948, having beep granted
in letter dated April 27th, 1948, from ederal
Works Agency. r
President TeWinkle announced that Mr. Dondro of
Bulot & Dondro desired a conference with officers
and Board members May 13th.
