Minutes of Special Meeting Held
March 25,1996
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District attended a duly- noticed special meeting
at the Mesa Consolidated Water District on Monday, March 25, 1996 at 11:00 a.m., in the Board
Room at 1965 Placentia Avenue, Costa Mesa, California 92627, to discuss the sale of the Santa Ana
Heights Water Company.

Karl Kemp, General Manager of the Mesa Consolidated Water District, gave a presentation on the
services that are provided to Santa Ana Heights Water Company by the Mesa Consolidated Water
District and the potential factors involved if it is purchased by a public or private agency.
After Mr. Kemp's presentation a question and answer session followed.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
No action was taken by the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Board of Directors.
