Minutes of Special Meeting Held
January 23, 1996
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District attended the Costa Mesa Community
Summit Meeting held on January 23, 1996 in the Fifth Floor Conference Room 5 -A of the Costa
Mesa Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California.
The Community Summit is composed of elected officials in the Costa Mesa area. The sub-
committee on emergency services gave a brief update on the video tape which they are preparing for
community education, and their plans for future events. The members went around the table and
discussed important issues within their respective Boards.
