GENERAL INFORMATION FOR PREPARING MAPS`
I. The stationing of manholes, house connection lateral wyes, etc., should be converted from the Improvement Plans to be
consistent with Sanitary Map.
2. House connection laterals should be stationed and extended from the intersection of the wye and main sewer line.
3. House numbering addresses are to be shown only when the house is connected by a lateral to the main sewer line.
4. Street names should be shown in street right of way when convenient.
5. Refer to Leroy Lettering Guide, Delineation Guide and Legend for drafting standards,
8.• Since the Sewer Maps are not Right of Way Maps, it is not necessary to show dimensions.
T Lot lines, Tract Subdivisions and Right of Way lines should be shown on the Sewer Maps as they exist on other City
records. Do not accentuate Tract boundary on Sewer Maps.
