At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District held on September 10, 1992,
t1le Assistant Manager /Clerk of the District adjourned the
meeting due to the lack of a quorum to September 17, 1992
at 7:30 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room of the
Costa Mesa Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa,
California.
