STUDY SESSION REPORT
April 10, 1992
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
met in Study Session on April 10, 1992, at 1:30 p.m. at the
Civic Center to discuss the letter to the City of Costa Mesa
proposing that the Costa Mesa Sanitary District assume the
responsibilities of implementing AB939, and the proposed
appointment of a contracted District Manager.
Present: Directors - Wahner, Ferryman, Reade and Sherrick.
Absent: Director - Green (excused)
Staff Members: Roy June, Attorney, Rob Hamers, Engineer,
William Morris, Manager, Florine Reichle,
Assistant Manager /Clerk of the District.
