Subject: OC CUPANCY REPORT AND PAYMENT TO COSTA MESA DISPOSAL
Summary
The total occupancy count for July 2013 billing is 21,511 , with one new account added
since the last billing period.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends the following:
1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as presented using
21,511 as the correct number of active units.
2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to Costa Mesa
Disposal for July 2013 collection based on this occupancy report so long
as the contractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement. Said p aym ent
in the amount of $196,941.80 to be ratified in the August 2013 warrant
list.
