In a ddition, CONTRACTOR, will rotate the signage at least once per quarter to promote the appropriate recycling program (i.e. Christmas Tree Recycling collection with dates), special programs (i.e. electronic waste collection event, date and location), or as DISTRICT may request …” Staff is providing the Operations Committee with an update on this requirement. Staff Recommendation That the Operations Committee receive and file this report. Analysis Below are the four signs that CR&R has purchase d : 1. Stop Junk Mail / Save Trees Program ; 2. Christmas Tree Recycling Program; 3. Large item Co llection Program; and 4. Costa Mesa 60 th Anniversary (in progress) CR&R purchase d the Stop Junk Mail/Save Trees Program sign on or about September 2012. Therefore, per the Agreement, CMSD will not be able to request new signage until September 2014.
Operations Committee May 21 , 201 3 Page 2 of 2 Since sign No. 1 (Stop Junk Mail/Save Trees Banner) and sign No. 4 (Costa Mesa 60 th Anniversary) will no longer be used in the rotation, CMSD will only be able to use Sign No. 2 (Christmas Tree Recycling Program ) and sign No. 3 (Large item Collection Program ) until September 2014.
